Fall play - Much Ado About Nothing - This Weekend
QUARRYVILLE
--
The William Shakespeare romantic comedy Much Ado About Nothing is
coming to the stage at Solanco High School this fall. The student performances will be
Friday, November 21, and Saturday, November 22; the curtain rises both evenings at 7
p.m.
Much Ado About Nothing has been adopted for the high school stage by Solanco High
School English teacher Jennifer Pasko, who says the play will feature plenty of laughter,
sorrow and dramatic moments, yet in true Shakespeare fashion, everything works out for
the best.
The cast includes the following students: Tyler Hart, Eric Weaver, Jared DeLong, Jared
Drennen, Steve Masel, Josh Eberly, Liesl Nafziger, Madeline Boomsma, Alyssa Lapp,
Angela Shepherd, Luke Brahl, Tom Shepherd, Phil Lutz, Zac Battiste, Gretchen Singles,
Nick Rongione, Ethan Ballantyne, Kate Workman, Francesca Boomsma, Samantha
Glackin, Austin Keretzman, Amanda McComsey, Rachel Farneth, Koryn Williams.
Advanced tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for students and may be purchased through any
cast member or by emailing stephanie_wood@solanco.k12.pa.us.
